VBK  has a capability to process any complex shapes in the Hand Lay Up process without limitation to size. Using skilled resources with applicable resin and glass ratio we can achieve high-quality products with consistency in weight and thickness.

We have processed almost 85000 Sq.m  in hand Lay up method .

The hand layup method is one of the most common and easy one. In a hand layup, Initially, releaser will be applied in the mould and gelcoat with recommended RAL shade  is applied onto the surface of a mould for the outer finish. Fiber reinforcements are placed in a mould and Unsaturated polyester resin is mixed with a suitable curing agent/catalyst/ accelerator and poured onto the surface and then uniformly spread over the mold using a brush or roller. The curing process is carried out at room temperature or on the required temperature suggested by the supplier, the mold is opened and the fabricated composite is taken out and shall be used for further process.
